Biography

Tobias van de Locht is Music Director of Sinfonia of Cologne, Kreuztal Wind Band and NRW Brass. He studied conducting at Robert Schumann Conservatory Düsseldorf and received also a Master of Business Administration degree at European Management Academy Paris. He attended master classes in choir conducting with Eric Ericson (Stockholm), organ with Daniel Roth (Paris) and film music with John Frizzell (Los Angeles). He appeared as Guest Conductor with the Dortmund, Duisburg and Hamburg Philharmonic Orchestras,Symphony Orchestra and the Deutsches Filmorchester Babelsberg.
